Track your order

How to track: After we ship your order you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also use Track Your Order from this menu and enter your order number + email.
If you don’t see tracking: Check spam, then email support@luminest.com with your order number and we’ll check it for you.


Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping (USA): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Processing time: We process most orders in 1 business day.
Expedited shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.
We ship to: USA — including PO Boxes & APO/FPO.
If a package is delayed or lost, contact us quickly and we will investigate and resolve.


Orders & Checkout

Placing an order: Add items to cart → Checkout → Enter shipping → Choose payment → Place order. You’ll receive an order confirmation email.
Change or cancel: Contact support within 12 hours of placing an order and we’ll do our best to change/cancel before it ships.
Order confirmation missing: Check spam/junk folders. If still missing, contact support.


Returns & Refunds

Return window: 30 days from delivery (unless a product page states otherwise).
Condition: Unused, in original packaging.
How to return: Go to Help Center → Returns, or email support@luminest.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll send return instructions and pre-paid label if the error is ours.
Refund timing: Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.


Payments & Security

Accepted payments: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay / Google Pay, Gift Card.
Security: We use SSL encryption and Shopify/PCI-compliant payment processors. We never store full credit card details on our servers.
Invoice or receipt: You will receive an email receipt after your purchase. Need a copy? Email support.


Product Support & Warranty

Setup help: Product setup guides and quick troubleshooting steps are on each product page under “How to Use.”
Defective items: Contact support within 48 hours with photos — we’ll replace or refund.
Warranty: Most items include a 12-month limited warranty; see the product page for details.


Account & Wishlist

Create an account: Click Account → Sign up. Accounts let you track orders, save addresses, and keep your wishlist.
Reset password: Click Forgot password on the login page.
Wishlist: Add items using the ♥ icon on product pages. Sign in to save lists across devices.


Discount Codes, Vouchers & Gift Cards

How to use a discount code: Enter your code at checkout in the Discount code field.
Gift cards: Redeemable at checkout as payment. Visit Gift Cards to purchase.
Auto-apply discount links: We can create special discount links that auto-apply the code when the customer visits — great for marketing.
